1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@phoeniqx.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


After Dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • However, you may choose to initiate a return or exchange under our 7-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy after receiving your order.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy for eligible items.

Eligibility
  • Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made, personalized, undergarments, and sale items are non-returnable.
Process
  1. Go to your Phoeniqx dashboard or return portal to raise a Return/Exchange Request.
  2. Our team will verify the request and arrange reverse pickup within 24 hours.
  3. Once the product is picked up and verified, your refund or exchange will be initiated on the same day.

3. Refund Policy
Refund Methods
  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Wallet).
  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account (details collected during the request).
Refund Timelines
  • Once your returned item passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Self-Ship Returns

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship your item to:

Once received and verified, your full refund plus ₹100 (courier reimbursement) will be processed within 48 hours.


5. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are free for size, color, or product replacement (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement product costs more, you can pay the difference; if it costs less, the balance will be refunded or issued as store credit/gift card.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The item appears used, washed, or damaged.
  • The product is customized or purchased during a final sale.

The courier may refuse pickup if these conditions are not met.


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider — processing may take time.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@phoeniqx.com with your order details.
