Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Express Shipping (if applicable): 1–3 business days

You’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order in real time using the provided link.

🔄 7-Days Free Return & Exchange Policy

At Phoeniqx, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy — absolutely free of charge.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags & packaging intact
• Custom-made, personalized, undergarments, and sale items are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Go to your Phoeniqx dashboard or return portal and raise a Return/Exchange Request.
2. Our team will verify your request and arrange a reverse pickup within 24 hours.
3. The product will be picked up by our courier partner within 1–2 business days.
4. Once the pickup is confirmed, your refund or exchange will be initiated on the same day.

Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Full refund to your original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account (details collected during request).
• Refund Timeline: Bank refunds may take 5–7 business days after initiation.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are free for size, color, or product replacement (subject to stock availability).
• If the new product costs more, you can pay the difference; if less, the balance will be refunded or issued as a gift card.

Self-Ship Process

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, please self-ship your item to:

Once received, your full amount + ₹100 (courier reimbursement) will be refunded within 48 hours.

The courier may refuse pickup if:

• Original tags are missing, or
• The item appears used, washed, or damaged
